I shot this look several weeks ago, but I am just now getting around to posting it because I have had so much going on -deployments, heavy emotions surrounding George Floyd, my youngest son’s surgeries, and Covid-19, so I just relaxed to clear my mind and spirit before diving back in to posting. We may not be able to have the Summer experience we are used to, but I am still excited to wear the items I purchased for warm weather.
This outfit is comprised of fun basics that can be worn in multiple configurations. I truly LOVE this oversized blazer. Throwing a blazer over almost any outfit instantly makes it that much more chic. The color is the star here. When combined with good tailoring, you cannot go wrong.
I paired the blazer with a simple, but interesting bandage crop top and fun jeans with a double waistband feature. When finished off with my current favorite sandals (I am truly in to browns right now) and a cute mini bag, this look is perfect for everyday. I personally will not be dining at restaurants or visiting the mall just yet, but I’m interested to know where you guys plan on going. Have things gotten back to normal where you are?
