All Wrapped Up: Elevated Blazer And Trousers for Work

Hey! Hope you guys have been well. I’ve been adjusting to my husband being back home and hella over Covid at this point. My kids’ school is considering going back to “in person” which is tempting but frightening at the same time. I imagine many of you are in the same boat. Luckily, having my husband home also means I get to shoot so many things I picked up last year that I never shot. These pieces are some of them.

Although my 6 year old did a great job helping me continue to make content for you guys, he prefers to be in front of, rather than behind, the camera. I’m hoping that changes lol. Now, let’s get in to this haute werk lewk. This blazer is super fun being that it’s got some drama going on with the cut outs and waist wrap. I plan to. rock it so many ways. In this case, I paired it with wide leg trousers.

To style the look, I kept it simple with thin, 2.5 inch hoops. These are my absolute favorite. They’re by Maison Miru and I can wear them all the time because they’re gold plated (I’m allergic to everything but gold). I added a whole bunch of rings and my new favorite bag. I’d been only doing classic flaps, but I finally went for my dream bag: the Chanel boy. I’ve linked several similar versions for you guys above. Finally, I slipped on some black pumps and was ready for a lunch date downtown. I am in love with this look and I hope you guys are too. Let me know what you thing in the comments below.
