It’s almost Christmas! Last year, Trevor was in Iraq, so the boys and I took our photos together and they came out amazing. I was a little bummed though, and not really feeling the holiday spirit. In all of these years that he’s been in the military, he has missed birthdays, first steps, first words, first days, anniversaries… but he had never missed Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was admittedly a little sad celebrating all of the end of the year holidays without him, but the kids and I made due. Fortunately, this year he was here and I was able to get all of them in to a photo together and they all did great (though Dylan was not here for photos and you can tell in a few lol). I wanted to look like a gift (because I’m my family’s gift lol) so I picked this gorgeous gown with a huge bow in the back. I am wearing a size 4. I styled it with red gloves for extra drama and it came out so well! You cannot see my shoes, but they were everything too. I cannot recall where I got these earrings unfortunately, but I bought them several years ago for a Military Ball and they didn’t arrive in time for me to wear them. In any case, they came through for this look!
On the boys, I let them wear their cutest tuxedos to match daddy. I’ve linked Trevor’s blazer above, everything else he has on he’s had for a while, but you can find the suits and flower pins for your little guys above. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and love our looks as much as I do.
