Modern Day Princess Dress

It took me forever, but I am happy to say that I have finally posted this super cute look for you guys. This is one of those outfits that makes strangers stop you in the street to tell you how amazing you look and how beautiful your dress is. No exaggeration. I have had my eye on this dress for quite some time. Unfortunately, I hesitated in buying it, and it ended up being sold out for what seemed like my entire life. At some point, I got an email alerting me to a restock, so I clicked right through and bought the dress. I was not going to risk losing it again. My love lust was not in vain either, because this dress did not disappoint. It’s sized in groups, so I got the M/S and it fits like a dream. I love that they used a zipper for the slit. It gives you control over having a high, low, or no slit at all. This gives you a versatility that can take this look from day to night. Me being me, I did fully unzipped for day (and night) and I loved every minute.
The colors in the dress allow for you to style it so many ways! I wanted to play up the colors (it is Summer after all) so I paired it with my latest pink sandals (these are another item I had been lusting after but could never find my size in) and my favorite day bag of the moment. I love how all of the colors come together, and apparently, most of Brooklyn did too. I truly felt like a process because every person I passed smiled at me (this is not a common thing in NYC) and seemingly every other woman stopped me to tell me how amazing I look. That said, if you want to look like a princess, grab this dress ASAP. To finish my look, I added a red lip and spent my day in Brooklyn enjoying the nice weather and low humidity (my hair was so happy lol).
