Ok so one of the things I was looking most forward to wearing once it got warm was prints! I love all of the 70’s prints that brands are doing. From Fendi to more affordable brands like Meshki, and of course, AFRM, we are seeing a 70’s revival in pretty pastels and I love it. If you like more saturated colors, there are definitely options like Pucci and the inspirations of their classic prints. I linked everything I’m wearing AND so more options for you above, but you can keep reading to see my choices for rocking the 70’s revival trend and the pieces I totally intend to buy below.
I simply cannot go forward without mentioning one of my favorite spring/Summer 2022 collections: Fendi. It was inspired by the 70’s and 70’s glam is what it gave. From the sleek suiting to the plexiglass accessories and the oh-so-fabolous Fendigraphy bag, this collection is everything. I especially love the pleated skirt!
There were a ton of Boho Chic/70’s references on the runways, but I think what I’m most drawn to is the prints! This is a fun way to get in on dopamine dressing (wearing fun, bright colors to improve your mood) in one piece versus by color blocking. I think Pucci always kills the prints, and Paco Rabonne had an mazing display of prints. They gave psychedelic but in kind of a glitchy way. think tech. Loved it!
Now, let’s get in to some fun, affordable ways that you can get in on the 70’s revival trend outside of the lovely printed dress I wore earlier in this post. Of course, we are looking so easy suiting, trippy prints, and even fringe. Let me know how you’re feeling my look, and which items are your favorite in the comments below.
